In a video posted on her Instagram account, Molfese showed the moment she discovered her baby’s sex and shared the emotion she felt upon learning the news.
“Welcome to my life, my little baby. Otto,” she wrote alongside the images, thereby revealing the name chosen for her first child.

The actress explained that she could determine the sex of her baby during the early weeks of gestation, thanks to a genetic study conducted during the pregnancy that, in addition to providing information about the baby’s health, allowed determining whether she was expecting a boy or a girl.
Molfese learned this around the 10th week that she was expecting a boy. However, she decided to wait before sharing the news publicly.
To reveal the sex, she also found in her dogs the unlikely protagonists of the moment. Almendra and Romeo appeared in the video the actress posted on her social networks and accompanied the announcement.
The post showed Molfese’s excitement upon discovering she would have a boy and, finally, officially introduced the baby with the name she chose together with her partner: Otto.

Several members of European nobility and royalty bore this name. Among them is Otto I the Great, emperor of the Holy Roman Empire.
Now, the name Otto will carry a completely personal meaning for Molfese: it will be the name of her first child.
