Fashion and art met again in Buenos Aires at a presentation that brought together prominent figures from the fashion world. Valeria Mazza, Angie Landaburu, Teresa Calandra and Andrea Frigerio were among the guests who participated in an event where design, creativity, and new trends dominated the scene.
Within the framework of BAFA Fashion & Arts, an Argentine fashion brand unveiled its new collection Summer 2027, titled “Yoshino”, at an event that celebrated the dialogue between fashion and various artistic expressions.
The attendees accompanied Amelia Saban, designer and founder of the label, in a presentation that also featured Galería Meridiano and the artist Lola Goldstein.
Valeria Mazza and other leading figures in Argentine fashion at a special gathering
Valeria Mazza’s presence was one of the evening’s main attractions. The supermodel, an undisputed icon of Argentine style, spent the day alongside other women connected to the fashion and trends universe.

Among them were Angie Landaburu, recognized for her fashion-forward imprint, Teresa Calandra, a model and symbol of elegance, and Andrea Frigerio, an actress and model who maintains a sophisticated and personal style.

The four women came together at a presentation that gathered different generations of women connected to Argentine fashion.
Yoshino: a collection inspired by Japan’s blooming cherry blossoms
The new proposal for Summer 2027 took its cue from Japanese landscapes and, especially, the delicacy of the blooming cherry blossoms.

Under the name Yoshino, the collection explored a romantic yet contemporary aesthetic, with a palette of pastel and neutral tones that evoked the softness and harmony of nature.
Among the notable features were the new silhouettes, textiles developed specifically for the season, and a more relaxed interpretation of tailoring.

Embroidery on linen and silk added texture and delicacy, while prints created from works by international artists reinforced the link between fashion and art.

The proposal offered a feminine and sophisticated outlook, where artisanal details and contemporary lines coexisted in balance.

When fashion meets art
One of the most interesting aspects of the presentation was the creative dialogue with Galería Meridiano and artist Lola Goldstein. This collaboration highlighted the relationship between the two disciplines and how art can become a source of inspiration for clothing design.

With a collection that embraced soft colors, textures, and relaxed silhouettes, the gathering offered a sneak peek at some of the aesthetic directions for Summer 2027.

A celebration of creativity that brought together leaders of Argentine fashion and reaffirmed the increasingly close link between design and contemporary art.
