Queen Máxima of the Netherlands has again confirmed that her style also works when the ceremonial tone is toned down and she opts for more relaxed garments. In her appearance today, the queen chose a color pairing as delicate as it is unexpected: pink and chocolate.
The combination found its balance in a set of modern lines, where each piece played a defined role. The result was a fresh, contemporary styling with that fashion-forward touch that typically marks her fashion choices.
Máxima embraced pink and chocolate
The pink trousers were the piece that gave movement to the silhouette. With a loose cut and darts and crafted in linen, they moved away from the stiffer tailoring models and added a contemporary edge, with a fluid fall that made the whole look appear more relaxed.
