Refund policy
Returns/Refunds: Our return policies abide by EU regulations 2020.
You have 14 days to return your Angels Boutique item from the date of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all tags in place and no signs of been worn.
All customers are responsible for the return delivery fee and we recommend using a tracking service as we cannot take responsibility for lost items.
Below are a list of non-returnable items:
- Intimate wear
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the items of your choice. Your refund will then be processed as normal.
Shipping
To return your product, you should register mail your product to:

Please make sure to include your name and purchase number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping and the cost of your refund brings you below the threshold for free shipping. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
As we are based in the EU, we follow the guidance of EU law and details can be found below. We update our policies with the recommendations from the EU on a regular basis.
When you buy from a seller located within the EU, the transaction is covered by the Consumer Rights Directive, which took effect in Ireland in June 2014 and which strengthens protections for consumers whether they are shopping on the main street or online. The EU rules relating to online transactions also apply to all situations where there is a distance between the seller and the buyer – for example, when you make a purchase over the phone or online.
