Julieta Prandi Confirms Irreversible Split from Emanuel Ortega After Returning from Brazil

23 October 2026

Just over a month after marrying Emanuel Ortega and following the announcement of their separation, Julieta Prandi returned from Brazil and spoke with LAM about the breakup that took the showbiz world by surprise. Sad and still processing what happened, the host answered questions about the end of the six-year relationship, clarified what the couple’s agreement referred to in her social media posts meant, and commented on the rumors that had circulated in recent days.

During the interview with Fede Flowers, Julieta offered one of the most decisive statements about the couple’s future. When asked whether she considered the breakup irreversible, she replied: “I think so.” And she explained: “I believe, at least for me, it was clear that we are pursuing and wanting different things.”

The presenter also acknowledged that she did not anticipate such an ending. “One does not get married to separate after a month, that’s clear. And I will not be the exception; I got married in love,” she stated. However, she assured that she did not want to speak ill of her former partner and recalled the bond they built over six years.

“Beyond what happened recently, we are two good people who were together six years, who loved each other a lot, who supported one another a great deal,” she noted. And she added that the respect and affection she feels for Emanuel, their children, and her parents will endure beyond the end of the relationship.

Julieta Prandi clarified what the honesty agreement with Emanuel Ortega was

One of the topics Julieta wanted to clarify during the conversation was the meaning of the non-negotiable agreements she had referenced in the statement announcing the separation. In response to rumors about a supposed toxic agreement, she was categorical: “There was nothing toxic about it.”

“I never prohibited anything to him, nor did he prohibit anything to me,” she explained. And she detailed the central point of that pact between them: “The only thing we did have as an agreement, which among other things has to do with honesty, with not hiding or lying ever.”

The host argued that, after everything she had experienced, honesty was fundamental for her. “After everything I saw, I wanted total honesty,” she asserted, without providing specifics about the concrete events that precipitated the breakup.

She also spoke about the decision to publicly announce the separation. According to her account, she preferred to do it herself because she believed that, otherwise, the situation would have been exposed to speculation. “I don’t see it as that terrible, and I don’t know who has the moral authority to judge why I made that communication,” she stated.

What Julieta Prandi said about Josefina Lynch and the rumors of third parties in discord

During the interview, Fede Flowers asked about the versions involving third parties in the separation, including Mariana Marx and Josefina Lynch, who had spoken publicly about her artistic connection with Emanuel.

Regarding Marx, Julieta clarified that she had not had any confrontation with her and that the conversation they had had was normal, within the context of a discussion about her book and personal history. She also noted that a dispute she had with Emanuel at that moment related to another matter.

When it came to Lynch, however, she made a comment that drew attention. “She was so clear and so detailed that, in fact, I ended up learning that she had been in the studio with Emanuel for three days, not one, as I believed, locked in,” she stated.

The presenter also referred to the explanation about the loan of the recording studio and Ana Paula Dutil‘s involvement in suggesting the singer. However, she avoided going into detail and stressed that she did not want to speak about other people.

“I’m not interested in talking about anyone else. He and I know what happened, we know what went wrong, and I want to take with me the best memories of this relationship, of what we had,” she maintained.

Asked whether Lynch’s public appearance had bothered her, Julieta replied that it was a decision of the artist. “I think she really wanted to come out and share details, but it’s fine, it’s her business,” she said. And she added: “She doesn’t owe me anything, not respect or anything. I don’t know her, I can’t speak about her.”

Her statements did not include an explicit confirmation of infidelity nor a detailed explanation of the events that led to the end of the relationship.

The post that hurt Julieta Prandi and her request to grieve in peace

Another moment in the conversation concerned a post by Juan Alberto Mateyko that mentioned her and that, she explained, she found offensive. Julieta questioned the tone of the publication and felt it mixed her personal situation with the pain of the Yankelevich family.

“I don’t know if it was necessary to slam me in such a sexist way,” she stated. She also acknowledged that Emanuel’s approval of that post hurt her and once again referred to individual choices and their consequences.

Nevertheless, she clarified that she did not want to engage in a debate about responsibility. “When a couple fails, the blame lies with both of them, always,” she stated. And she added that both she and Emanuel are adults who make their own decisions.

At the end of the interview, the presenter grew emotional and asked for respect for the personal moment she is living. “I also need to begin grieving in peace,” she said.

Julieta explained that during her trip her parents went to accompany her children and that now she wanted to reconnect with them. Regarding how she will move forward after a six-year relationship, she admitted it will be a difficult process: “Like any couple that ends after six years, you get used to being with the other person a lot, and well, it will be hard. It’s a long process, but it’s done.”

Upon returning from Brazil, the presenter made clear that, at least from her perspective, the separation is irreversible. While she affirmed that she wants to keep the good memories of the relationship, she also maintained that today she recognizes differences that she can no longer overlook. As she begins this new phase, her top priority is to regain serenity and navigate the mourning together with her children and loved ones.
