“I Wasn’t Crazy”: Nicole Neumann Recounted the Bizarre Issue She Faced Renewing Her Daughter’s ID

29 October 2026

Nicole Neumann shared on her social media the odyssey she endured for more than a year to renew her daughter’s DNI. Although she completed the process three times, the document never reached her hands and, when she finally managed to have it mailed to her, she faced another frustration with the delivery.

Among complaints, contradictory responses, and difficulties contacting customer service, the model ended up posting a vent about the obstacles she faces in resolving everyday matters.

Nicole Neumann completed her daughter’s DNI process three times

According to what she explained in a video she posted on her social networks, it all began last year, when she was about to travel and decided to renew both the passport and the daughter’s DNI.

“Last year, while I was traveling, I renew the passport and the DNI for one of my daughters. Great. It never arrived. It never arrived.”, she recounted.

When she went back to file a claim, the response she received made her doubt what she remembered. “They looked at me with a face like: ‘Ma’am, you’re crazy’,” she said.

The situation led her to think that perhaps she had confused the procedures. “I said: ‘Okay, I must have imagined that I did the DNI. I only did the passport, but you start doubting yourself, you know?’” she explained.

However, the following year, when she tried to redo the process at Aeroparque, she received a confirmation that allowed her to clear up the doubts: the document had already been processed.

“‘But this DNI has already been processed.’ ‘Oh,’ I said, ‘thanks, I wasn’t crazy.’ Yes, but they denied it and I never received it,” she recalled.

The document was sent, but it still didn’t arrive

After that confirmation, Nicole started the process for the third time. On this occasion, the DNI was dispatched within the 96 hours they had promised, but delivery once again became a problem.

According to her account, a delivery person entered the private neighborhood where she lives, went around, and left without handing over the document. The model said she was a few blocks from the entrance when she was told that the motorcycle had already left.

“He came in, went around the neighborhood, took his time, never left me the DNI and on top of that left me a note saying I have to go pick it up,” she complained.

On top of that, the explanation in the delivery receipt stated that the delivery could not be completed because the person who was supposed to receive it was not authorized.

Nicole rejected that justification and asserted that she had left the authorization with the QR code at home every day since Monday, precisely so that the document could be received even if she wasn’t there.

“No, you never got home, dude. No, don’t exaggerate,” she launched in indignation.

Nicole Neumann’s complaint about the lack of responses

The model also recounted that she attempted to contact the agency to fix the issue, but she could not obtain a concrete answer. According to her description, the telephone options directed her to other channels and the conversation kept getting cut off.

“They tell you: ‘No, because the option such-and-such, if not, contact us via WhatsApp,’ I don’t know what, click, they hang up. Fine, no one attended to me, fantastic,” she said.

She also could not find a solution via WhatsApp, where she encountered automated responses that did not account for her situation.

“That thing responds with four lousy options that obviously none of them match what you’re going through,” she said.

Weary of the back-and-forth, she demanded that the document arrive within the next few hours and warned that her patience was wearing thin: “Better come back within twenty-four, forty-eight, seventy-two, or ninety-six hours, or I don’t know what I’ll become.”

The difficulty in sorting out everyday procedures

The DNI episode wasn’t the only issue Nicole mentioned in her statement. She also revealed that she still hadn’t been able to pick up the results of her annual medical tests, even though three or four months had passed since they were performed.

“You get it by email. Wonderful. They don’t hand it to you in person anymore, right? Email, great. I still haven’t had time to go pick up the study result,” she explained.

From these experiences, the model reflected on the difficulties of balancing daily responsibilities with procedures that, in principle, should be resolved with ease.

“One tries to do everything, to put everything in, to meet all obligations, life, the four children. Can we make things work?”, she asked.

Ultimately, she urged that every person, from their place of work, contribute to making everyday transactions simpler. “Please, each one from their side, from their field, because otherwise it’s very hard to meet, do, and have it all. Please, what a helpless feeling. Help! God,” she stated.
