Fabiana Araujo and Marcelo Dimini finally said yes. The host and former model married this Saturday, September 26, to the businessman, in an intimate and emotional ceremony that brought together family, friends, and several figures from the worlds of fashion, television, and entertainment.
The wedding took place at SOMMA, the rooftop overlooking the Palermo Hippodrome, on a date especially meaningful for Fabiana: the same day as her birthday. The couple had chosen to celebrate there after a love story that began casually and that, a little over a year later, led them to the altar.

The entrepreneur also surprised with words full of romance. He said that every morning it’s hard for him to detach from Fabiana and that he returns home happy because he knows he will see her again.
The presenter, for her part, described her husband as a romantic and also “epic,” with a very expressive personality. The ceremony was thus marked by the emotions and by references to the story they have built since they met in 2025.
A Very Special Date for Fabiana
The wedding also carried a special detail: Fabiana chose to celebrate her wedding on her birthday.
The couple had previously decided that September 26 would be the date to formalize their relationship. According to Araujo before the wedding, it was a celebration designed to be shared with family and friends, without a big production.
The marriage proposal also had a romantic setting. Marcelo asked her to marry him during a trip to the Caribbean, under the February full moon. The host said it was a very romantic proposal and that from that moment they began planning the big day.

The story of Fabiana and Marcelo began in a nearly cinematic way. In 2025, they crossed paths at a restaurant near the host’s home. They both had ordered burrata, and Dimini approached to ask a question that ended up opening the first conversation: “Is the best burrata in the county or in the country?”
The encounter was brief and each one went on with their evening. But months later they met again on Instagram. Fabiana recognized Marcelo in a post and discovered that he was already following her. From there they began chatting via private messages, then continued on WhatsApp and finally had a first date.
