José Bianco broke the silence about his departure from TN and spoke for the first time about the reasons that led him to distance himself from the news channel after several years on air. During a live broadcast with his followers, the meteorologist asserted that his departure was related to the weariness he had accumulated and pointed at part of the channel’s leadership.
But also, amid the discussion, he opened another front: he questioned those who make weather forecasts without, according to him, having professional training as meteorologists.
José Bianco Explained Why He Left TN
Since he stopped appearing on TN’s screen, one of the questions Bianco received most was related to the reasons for his departure. During the live, he finally decided to answer and was blunt.
“Me cansé… Me cansé. Ya estaba cansado… Yo tengo la mejor con los que trabajé, con la gente al aire en el canal. Me cansé de un par de jefes…”, expresó.
In this way, the specialist differentiated his former colleagues from the people who held leadership positions. According to his own words, he maintains a good relationship with those he shared the screen with, but he had reached a point of weariness with some of his superiors.

Bianco’s Strong Accusation Against Forecasters

The meteorologist questioned that some people occupy media spaces to provide weather information without, according to his view, having the proper professional training.
“In C5N there isn’t a single meteorologist. It’s not advisable to say they are not meteorologists… It isn’t advisable. I don’t want to police by saying they aren’t meteorologists, but it’s frustrating because they invent forecasts. The truth is it harms the profession.”, sostuvo.
His words stirred a response among his followers and again brought to the table the debate about who is professionally qualified to make meteorological forecasts in the media.
Bianco went even further and questioned the lack of a specific regulation that, as he explained, would clearly establish who can practice as a meteorologist.
“There is also no professional law that prevents them. It has always been asked that there be a professional law… Later, when possible, we will try to have one so that you, the viewers, are not the ones guessing whether they are meteorologists or not,” he added.
