Five years after the death of Agustina Posse, Yaco González remembered her again with a message as brief as it is moving. The musician shared this Wednesday a story on his social media, accompanied by three images of his ex-partner, and chose a phrase that also speaks of the two children the couple had: “Agus 5 years. You are in them and they are standing.”
González’s post arrives exactly five years after the actress’s death, who died on September 16, 2021, at 46, as a result of a brain aneurysm. Agustina and Yaco had formed a family and were the parents of Juana and Francisco.
The phrase the musician chose carries special meaning because it is not limited to bidding farewell or remembering Agustina: it also focuses on their children. “You are in them” can be read as a way to express that part of the actress remains in Juana and Francisco, while “they are standing” speaks to the path they were able to build after the loss of their mother.

Yaco and Agustina had been together for almost two decades and, although they separated before the actress’s death, they remained joined by their children. Since then, the musician has found different ways to keep her memory alive during important moments of family life.

Juana and Francisco, Agustina Posse’s children who carved their own paths
Juana González Posse is 25 years old and chose the audiovisual world to develop her career. She is director, editor, screenwriter and colorist, and has participated in various film projects. Among her works are Luz Mala, Sanne and Pacífico.

In January of this year, when Juana turned 25, Yaco again dedicated her a lengthy message in which he also remembered Agustina. On that occasion he described his daughter’s artistic gaze and highlighted that, as an adult, you “film” the answers to the questions she used to ask as a girl. At the end of that message, he also referenced his mother.
Juana’s professional choice also has a link to the artistic sensibility that has run through her family. Her mother was a renowned television actress, while her father and her grandfather, Jairo, are connected to music.

Francisco, on the other hand, followed exactly that path. He is 20 years old and began developing his career as a singer. He is the younger of Yaco and Agustina’s two children and, in addition, the grandson of Jairo, with whom he shares a strong musical connection.
The young man has already had the opportunity to sing alongside his grandfather on various stages. In May 2026, during a show by Jairo in Posadas, Francisco shared the stage with him and even had a moment as a soloist. Jairo gave him the lead and hinted that in the near future he would be heard more often.

The musical journey of Francisco alongside his grandfather began when he was still a teenager. In 2022, the three —Jairo, Yaco and Francisco— shared a stage and staged a moment of three generations of artists. On that occasion, Jairo introduced his grandson while also recalling Agustina, his mother.
The memory of Agustina that remains present in the family
Agustina’s memory appears in this way at different moments in her children’s lives. In Francisco’s case, his connection to the family’s music also became a way to continue a tradition that spans several generations.

In Juana’s case, cinema was the path she chose to develop her own voice.
That is why the message Yaco shared today takes on a special dimension. “You are in them and they are standing” not only remembers Agustina five years after her death; it also gives words to the present of Juana and Francisco, two young people who continued to build their own paths without leaving behind their mother’s memory.
