Wanda Nara received a favorable ruling from the Italian judiciary that will allow her to process the new passports for her daughters, Francesca and Isabella, without needing Mauro Icardi’s signature. After days of uncertainty, the businesswoman spoke about the judicial decision and explained how she experienced the conflict that unfolded after the robbery she endured with her children in Italy.
In an interview with Primicias Ya, Wanda stated that the ruling brought her a mixture of relief and fatigue after the days she went through. The Italian judge authorized her to act as the sole person empowered to sign the minors’ documentation and, as the businesswoman explained, she considered that the girls should return to Argentina to continue their schooling and daily routines there.
“Very happy, very tired. It hit me now, like a wave of fatigue. Honestly, I didn’t stop.” Wanda said.

The ruling that allows Wanda to return with her daughters
The Milan Court’s decision arrived after the girls’ passports were stolen during the assault the family suffered at a house on the outskirts of Milan.
Facing Mauro Icardi’s refusal to sign the documents needed to renew the passports, Wanda turned to Italian justice. Ultimately, the magistrate decided to substitute the father’s signature with hers and authorized the businesswoman to proceed with all the necessary procedures.
According to Wanda, the judge especially took into account that the girls have their home and lead their daily life in Argentina, so she deemed it urgent for them to return to resume schooling and their everyday activities there.
Wanda explained how her children lived through the robbery
Beyond the judicial dispute, one of the strongest moments of Wanda’s account related to the impact of the robbery on her children.
The businesswoman said that the kids were very affected after the incident and that some even feared sleeping.
“The oldest ones are extremely scared,” she said. According to her explanation, for a few days they stayed with their father because they were particularly unsettled by what had happened.

Wanda also revealed that one of her children even slept with a knife in hand after the assault.
“Everyone felt powerless, and what happened to my mother and especially to my older children, they felt guilty, they felt they could have done something to prevent this robbery or confront the people who entered my home,” she recounted.
She also described how the younger ones experienced the situation. According to her account, Isabella saw her brothers running as they tried to escape from those who had entered the home, while Francesca tripped twice during the escape.
“The kids really each tell what they lived or saw from their own childlike perspective, which was a terrible night,” she stated.
Wanda spoke about the investigation into the robbery
The businesswoman also referred to the progress of the police investigation and assured that investigators would have identified who might be the ideologue behind the robbery.
“The police seem to have almost in sight the mastermind behind this robbery,” she affirmed.

Additionally, she explained why she decided to publish on her social networks one of the security camera recordings that had been released.
According to her account, she herself found the images on her phone and sought authorization from the person in charge of the investigation before sharing them. The police had removed the chips and the camera database before Wanda arrived in Italy.
Wanda’s sharp critique of Mauro Icardi
After the ruling came to light, Mauro Icardi publicly rejected the idea of his daughters living in Argentina and questioned the Italian judiciary’s decision.
Wanda responded to that stance and directed her critique squarely at the footballer, especially regarding the international restitution request for the girls to Turkey.
“I’ve been saying this for years. The truth is I fought and I am proud of myself,” she stated.

The businesswoman also questioned Icardi’s relationship with Turkey and his current situation after his departure from Galatasaray.
“By what authority, or with what heart, can a father insist on a restitution in Turkey when he isn’t even there himself?,” she fired back.
And she was even more forceful when referring to the player’s link with the Turkish club: “He was fired by the club and as captain he neither showed up, nor said goodbye, nor offered thanks.”
Finally, Wanda closed her remarks with a line that directly addressed the debate over her daughters’ potential return to Turkey: “Stop bothering the journalists with this restitution as well. Restitution to a country that doesn’t even want him to go back.”
With the Italian court’s ruling, Wanda was cleared to proceed with the documentation for Francesca and Isabella and to return with them to Argentina, while the dispute between the exes remains open on multiple fronts.
