If you change your mind about your online purchase after delivery of the products, you can return them within 7 working days of delivery. You must both e-mail us to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked. The products will remain at your risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by us as evidenced by the tacking. If the products have not been damaged or soiled, we will refund you the full price paid but not any delivery charges which were incurred in sending them to you. A refund would be made by the original method of payment and you will get confirmation e mail. If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory, we will contact you in relation to any problem and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund. You should note that the refund may take some time to appear in your account. Please note that returns cannot be made of the following products once they have been opened: Earrings, Bikinis or underwear, Worn Shoes, Worn Clothing.
If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.
