In a reality permeated by altered images, calculated identities, and expressions increasingly conditioned by the digital universe, Raimondi proposes returning to the essential. To what still bears a personal, imperfect, and deeply human imprint.
That was the starting point of “/HUMAN”, the Spring-Summer 2027 collection that the brand presented within Designers BA, after having been unveiled during Milan Fashion Week in digital format.
For its debut in Buenos Aires, the brand decided to reexamine and reinterpret the collection through two original performative experiences, designed to be presented only once in the city.
“/HUMAN”: Raimondi’s Question in the Face of the Digital Age
“Can we sustain a personal gaze over time?” The question threads through the entire proposal and functions as a reflection on where imagination and creativity fit in an era dominated by directed, modified, and carefully constructed digital expressions.
Facing that scene, Raimondi understands creativity as one of the last refuges of identity. An intimate territory that allows preserving a personal way of observing, creating, and inhabiting the world.
“/HUMAN” does not pose a literal opposition between the human and the technological. Its quest travels through reclaiming the personal gesture, sensitivity, and artisanal craft within a present in constant transformation.
Tailoring as a Starting Point
The collection fuses the tradition of tailoring with a contemporary outlook. The suit emerges as origin, yet its codes transform through cuts that open toward more fluid constructions and silhouettes that discover new ways to relate to the body.
References to the nineteen-nineties are recognizable in the proportions and the accentuated structures. However, nostalgia does not drive the proposal: the forms of the past are revisited from a current, freer, and less rigid perspective.
Noble materials serve as the foundation of a collection in which every decision responds to a way of understanding design.
The Silent Luxury of the Unseen
One of the defining traits of Raimondi’s work is the meticulous attention to detail. The interiors of the garments receive the same care as the visible parts, even though much of that effort remains hidden once the pieces are worn.
