Pitty, the numerologist, publicly addressed again the femicide of Romina Calvo, the 40-year-old woman murdered by her husband in Villa Devoto. This time she did so through a letter she published on her social networks, accompanied by a photo in which she appears beside the victim. “I only today managed to find this photo”, the numerologist wrote at the start of her long message.
Pitty had become involved in the case after the man accused of the crime mentioned her in the letter he left before attempting suicide. There, he held her responsible for an alleged change in his wife’s personality.
Since the crime came to light, Pitty publicly explained what her relationship with Romina had been: the woman had started working at one of her shops and, she said, had stood out for her commitment and performance.
Now, through Instagram, she decided to bid her farewell and also leave a message directed at other women who are going through situations of violence.

“Deseo profundamente que tu alma encuentre la paz que te quitaron”, wrote Pitty at the start of her letter.
The numerologist remembered Romina as a woman who was “hardworking,” “respectful,” and “very loving,” and asked that her story not be associated solely with the circumstances surrounding her murder.
“Que tu historia no quede reducida al centro de una situación que está más que clara,” she stated.
In another part of her message, she noted: “Romina, a woman who worked with me, was a victim of femicide. Her life was taken by the one who said they loved her”.
And she added a reflection on the impact that a crime of this nature has on the victim’s surroundings: “And behind every femicide there is a story, a family, children, friends and colleagues who are left asking what more we could have done”.
