Following the strong reaction sparked by the videos published by Tomás Cataldi, in which he recounted alleged episodes of psychological abuse during his childhood and adolescence, Geraldine Mayer for the first time shared her side of the events.
The influencer, who in the last hours had closed her social networks and avoided making public statements, spoke privately with Pilar Smith, who shared part of that conversation this Friday on LAM.
“I spoke with her, she denied everything. I was friends with her when we were girls,” the journalist began recounting.
According to Smith, Mayer is going through a period of deep distress since the controversy erupted. “The truth is she was devastated. She lives in Miami, she doesn’t accept what her son said, she says it’s a lie”, the panelist stated.
