Pampita Goes to the Monumental with Her Sons Beltrán and Benicio for Messi’s Farewell: Pre-Game Photos

7 October 2026

Pampita was present this Tuesday at the Monumental to accompany Lionel Messi on a historic night for the Argentine national team. The model attended with two of her children, Beltrán and Benicio Vicuña, and shared from the stadium the hours leading up to the match against Benin.

The images show Pampita with the kids inside the stadium, enjoying the prelude to a day marked by Messi’s farewell from the Argentine national team. For the occasion, the model wore a pair of jeans and a national team T-shirt with the number 10 and Messi’s surname on the back.

Pampita arrived at the Monumental accompanied by Beltrán and Benicio, who were also part of the prelude to one of the most important moments in Messi’s career with the Argentina jersey.

The detail captured in the images was the shirt chosen by the model: an Argentina national team jersey bearing on the back the 10 and the Messi surname, in keeping with the tribute that was prepared for the captain.

Pampita’s presence added to that of other figures who approached the stadium to witness the farewell, on a day when Messi wore the Argentina shirt again against Benin.

Only two days after her pilgrimage to Luján

Pampita’s presence at the Monumental occurred just two days after another particularly intense day for her. On Saturday, the model had taken part in the traditional Youth Pilgrimage to Luján and completed the journey to the Basilica after more than 12 hours of walking.

During those kilometers she had to endure rain, wind, cold, flooded areas and also moments of sun, and finally reached the sanctuary after covering 47 kilometers.

Once at the Basilica, Pampita shared photographs and videos of her arrival and appeared deeply moved in front of the altar. In her post she summarized the experience with a sentence: “12 hours. Rain, wind, cold, sun. 47 kilometers. We arrived. I fulfilled. I did it. We did it”.

Even after returning home she showed the physical impact the walk had on her. In a video shared on her networks she was seen trying to get into a car with the help of one of the women who had accompanied her along the route and commented, between laughter: “Ay, my knees got cold!”.

Two days after that experience, Pampita was back with her children, this time from the Monumental and in a completely different context: accompanying Messi’s farewell from the national team.

A special night for Messi

The match against Benin became the stage chosen for Messi’s farewell to the Argentine national team at the Monumental. The day included various tributes to the captain and brought together family, friends, entertainment figures and fans who wished to accompany him.

Among them was Pampita, who arrived with Beltrán and Benicio and captured part of the pre-match from the stadium.

Thus, in barely 48 hours, the model went from completing an extensive pilgrimage to the Basilica of Luján to sharing with her children one of the most emotional nights in Argentine football: Messi’s farewell from the national team at the Monumental.
