Julieta Puente Shows Her Postpartum Body Two Months After Giving Birth

20 September 2026

Julieta Puente is experiencing one of the happiest moments of her life since she gave birth to Serena, the first daughter she had with Facundo Miguelena. However, the influencer decided to reappear authentically with her community and spoke without filters about the changes her body underwent after pregnancy and the cesarean recovery.

On several occasions, Julieta opened up about her process and shared that the recovery was proving more difficult and slower than she had imagined. This time, she paused in front of a mirror to show how her body is evolving two months after giving birth.

As she stood before the mirror, she pointed out the areas where she still bears cesarean marks and explained how her abdomen currently feels. “But it’s getting less soft all the time, it used to sink in a lot. I’m super deflated, the arms, the legs, I’ve deflated quite a bit,” she detailed.

However, she also acknowledged that she still feels some swelling in the abdominal area and compared her recovery with other experiences she notices on social media.

I feel that my recovery is progressing much slower than other people I’ve seen on social media, which is why I like to show it,” she confessed.

Julieta Puente spoke about the criticisms she receives for speaking about her body

In addition to showing the physical changes she went through, Julieta addressed the criticisms she receives for sharing this process and clarified that talking about her recovery does not mean she is obsessed with her body.

It’s not about obsession, it has nothing to do with an eating disorder. I’m in the most amazing moment of my life in which I don’t care about my body. But how wonderful it is to feel that you’re recovering. Because it seems that once you’re a mom, you can’t take care of yourself,” she reflected.

In this way, the content creator offered a reflection on motherhood and the importance of women continuing to take care of themselves after becoming mothers.

Julieta also shared her own view on balancing personal well-being with motherhood. “I have the theory that if I am happy and strong, my baby will also be happy and strong,” she expressed.

In that same vein, she spoke directly to other women who might be going through a similar situation.

“So if you’re watching me and you’re in the same situation, you recently became a mom or it’s been a long time and you feel like recovering, or you’ve had an injury, or you’re in a moment of your life where you’re not comfortable or satisfied with yourself, don’t let anyone make you believe that wanting to take care of yourself is an obsession,” she stated.

Julieta Puente explained how she lives with the changes in her body

The influencer also explained why getting moving again holds a special meaning for her during this period.

After all, this little body of yours is your engine. I’m at a very critical moment in my life where I hardly sleep, I eat as I can, and feeling that I’m moving gives me energy. I like looking at myself in the mirror and feeling that I’m finding myself again after a year of not recognizing myself,” she explained.

Julieta Puente’s message about physical and mental health

Additionally, Julieta shared a black-and-white photograph along with a reflection on the opinions she receives about her postpartum and motherhood. “When I read opinion bloggers talking about my postpartum and about how I am as a mom, it fills me with energy to keep showing them the very reality that 99% of women live,” she wrote.

I trained all my life and throughout my pregnancy because I knew that if I did, my recovery would be easier. I trusted myself a lot and I keep doing so. It isn’t built in a day, it is built with patience and time,” she affirmed.

To close her reflection, Julieta highlighted the importance of caring for both the body and mental health and encouraged her followers to stay active at any stage of life.

“I always tell you: move. Do it at any stage of your life. The result will always be positive in every way. And if there’s someone bothered by your determination, always think that that problem isn’t yours, it’s someone else’s. Physical and mental health are greatly undervalued. In my life, that is a priority,” she concluded.

Para cerrar su reflexión, Julieta puso el foco en la importancia de cuidar tanto el cuerpo como la salud mental y alentó a sus seguidoras a mantenerse activas en cualquier etapa de la vida.

With her words, Julieta once again offered a message that aims to show how each recovery has its own timeline and that taking care of personal well-being can also be part of motherhood.
