On Wednesday, July 1, Julieta Puente and Facundo Miguelena announced with excitement the birth of Serena, their first daughter. Through a moving message on social media, the couple shared their happiness for the arrival of their baby, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
After receiving medical discharge and returning home with the newborn, the content creator once again showed authenticity with her community and shared how she is experiencing the first days of motherhood.
Julieta Puente spoke about the anxiety she felt when returning home
Through her Instagram Stories, Julieta admitted that it was only upon returning to her house that she could grasp everything that had happened in the last hours. “I think we just collapsed when we got home. I need to process this because I left the house on Tuesday for a check-up and never came back,” she wrote alongside a selfie that reflected her surprise.

With the humor that characterizes her, she also showed her pet’s reaction to Serena’s arrival. “La mira de reojo y no me deja que esté sola con ella. Ampliaremos,” she commented between laughter.

Later she shared a tender image of her daughter sleeping in her arms and again surprised with a funny reflection. “At what moment in my life am I posting stories with a baby that isn’t borrowed? I mean… it’s mine,” she wrote, still amazed by the new reality she is living.

In another video, Julieta highlighted the fundamental role of Facundo Miguelena during pregnancy, the birth, and the first hours with Serena.
“Undoubtedly, if I dared to embark on this adventure, it was because I always knew that Facu was the perfect partner. We’re a great team: he supports me, changes diapers, feeds me, helps me bathe, keeps her so that I can rest and breastfeed better,” she said with emotion.

However, she also spoke with complete honesty about the unexpected emotions that surfaced after giving birth. “I came home and a terrible anxiety hit me. They say it’s normal. I don’t know why. I feel sadness, I look at the belly and it’s not there anymore. I wasn’t prepared for that,” she confessed.
She added another reflection that moved her followers. “It doesn’t make sense, but I see her so tiny that I’m afraid I won’t be able to take care of her.”

The Honest Account of Julieta
During the first night at home, Julieta opened her heart again and shared the fear she felt in fully embracing her new role as a mother.
“First night and I’ve never been so scared in my life. I can’t stop crying, girls. It hurts me that she’s so tiny. I don’t even know how to take care of myself and I have to take care of her,” she said with complete honesty.
The next day she shared images of Serena resting beside her parents and also described how the first breastfeeding experience went. Although she said she could barely sleep two hours, she explained that the baby hardly wanted to stay in the co-sleeper overnight.
With a sincere, vulnerable, and unidealized narrative, Julieta chose to show the most real side of motherhood. Between the happiness of Serena’s arrival, the fears of postpartum, and the constant support of her partner, the influencer reconnected with her followers through authenticity.
