There is a facet of Juliana Awada that has long been part of her lifestyle: an interest in well-being, mindful eating, movement, and those moments of pause that allow reconnecting with oneself.

This time, that world led her to Montreux, Switzerland, where she spent a few days at Clinique La Prairie undergoing treatments oriented toward well-being and longevity. There she also participated in the launch of Unlocking Longevity, the book recently published by Simone Gibertoni, CEO of the institution.

Beyond the scene, the images show a relaxed, smiling, natural Juliana, enjoying a few days away from her usual routine.

Juliana Awada and a trend that reshapes the way wellness is discussed
Longevity has become one of the major topics in the wellness universe. But the current conversation no longer centers solely on living longer, but on trying to traverse those years while preserving vitality, autonomy, and well-being.

That is precisely the perspective that threads through Unlocking Longevity: A Modern Blueprint for Lifelong Vitality. Published in June 2026 and written by Gibertoni, the book proposes addressing longevity from four interconnected areas: medicine, nutrition, movement, and well-being.

The underlying idea is to think about personal care in a holistic and preventive way, a concept that is also at the heart of the programs developed by the Swiss clinic.

And it is precisely there that Awada’s presence takes on another meaning: more than a social appearance, the photos portray a pause dedicated to personal care, in line with a philosophy that she also tends to share through her daily habits.

As always, Juliana also left a small lesson in style. For one of the days she chose an entirely autumnal palette, with olive green and earthy tones as the protagonists.

A relaxed yet sophisticated look, built from basics and without excess, which quite well sums up her personal formula: simple garments, good materials and an elegance that seems not overly thought out.

In another image she appears in a white robe inside the facilities, reinforcing the more intimate side of this trip: a few days devoted to slowing down and focusing on well-being.
