Juana Repetto once again opened the doors to her private life and shared a new aspect of her life as a mother of three: Toribio, Belisario and Timoteo, who was born in February 2026. At 38 and once again going through the breastfeeding phase, the content creator showed one of the postpartum body’s most surprising consequences: hair loss.
True to her approachable style with her followers, Juana spoke candidly about the various difficulties she faces in her daily life and about the changes her body undergoes after another pregnancy.
“Breastfeeding is also this,” she wrote alongside a photo that showed the strand of hair that had remained in her hand.
The photo was taken while she was showering and washing her hair. As she ran her hand through her hair, Juana found a substantial amount of hair shed and decided to share the situation with her followers.
Although she linked it to breastfeeding, various medical sources indicate that hair loss is a common phenomenon during the postpartum period and is not exclusively due to breastfeeding.
During pregnancy, hormones cause a greater number of follicles to remain in the growth phase. After birth, when estrogen levels drop, many of those follicles simultaneously shift to the shedding phase.

Fatigue and fragmented sleep, common during the early months of parenting, can also influence overall well-being and make this period harder to get through.
In the comments, many of her followers told her they had experienced a similar situation and clarified that hair loss is usually related mainly to the hormonal changes typical of the postpartum period.
Juana, far from getting alarmed, chose to take it with humor and to reassure. In a second post, she wrote: “Don’t worry, it grows back.”

In this way, the content creator returned to showing a less idealized side of motherhood and put into words those everyday changes that many women go through after giving birth.
How Juana Repetto Navigates Motherhood
This isn’t the first time Juana has shared with her followers the transformations she experiences during motherhood. Months earlier, the actress had shown her physical evolution at four months postpartum and spoke honestly about the emotional challenges she faced regarding her body after three pregnancies.
On that occasion, she posted two videos comparing her current figure with that of about two months prior, when she had not yet begun a new eating plan supervised by professionals.
“This is what some postpartum bodies look like. It’s hard for me to show this, but it’s part of the process,” she had written along with the post. Some time later, she reflected on how her perception had changed by looking at the images with some distance.
“Just as in the video from two months ago it seemed serious to me, today, from a distance, seeing that little by little everything settles and that when I get back on track, everything returns, I find it not serious at all,” she expressed.
The influencer also highlighted the support she received from other women who went through similar experiences and greatly valued feeling understood.
“At the time it was hard for me and it did me good to feel validated, so if you’re in the same situation, I understand you and I embrace you,” she stated.
In that post, Juana also shared that she had decided to seek professional support when she felt she could not sustain certain habits on her own. Thus, she emphasized that the recovery process after pregnancy requires patience, consistency, and a kinder outlook toward one’s own body.
Through her posts, the actress continues to show an unfiltered motherhood, where breastfeeding, fatigue, and physical changes coexist with the everyday learning of raising three children.
