Eva Bargiela broke her silence after the name of her ex-husband, Facundo Moyano, returned to the headlines. The former deputy and union leader became involved in a case for alleged injuries and unlawful deprivation of liberty in a context of gender-based violence toward Candela Arizaga, after the young woman was captured by security cameras while walking naked near Barrancas de Belgrano, after leaving the building where the two had been.
In that context, many recalled the bond Bargiela shared with Moyano, with whom she was married for two years.

During the day, Eva had shared on her social networks a series of images in which she appears breastfeeding her son Faustino, born in 2025, as part of World Breastfeeding Week, without referring to the events involving her ex-husband.
Later, she was approached by a television crew and asked about her former partner’s situation. “I respond because I know you are working and you are always very kind with me. But the truth is that it has nothing to do with me and I have nothing to say,” she stated firmly.
Facing the journalists’ persistence, she added: “No matter if I’m surprised or not. I have nothing to say about the matter, it has nothing to do with me.”
When asked whether during their relationship she had experienced situations similar to those currently being investigated, she again drew a boundary. “I’m not interested in talking about the matter,” she replied as she tried to walk away.
