The news of Cristian Belec‘s death, at the age of 47, sent shockwaves through the artistic world and among those who had shared with him numerous moments of his long career as an actor and model.
Among the images that remain as part of his body of work is a 2010 shoot for Para Ti Mamá, a publication derived from Para Ti that for years addressed topics related to pregnancy, motherhood, the couple, and parenting.
The peculiarity is that that photo did not stay only in the magazine’s archive. Five years later, it was Cristian Belec himself who decided to retrieve it and share it on his Instagram account.

Cristian Belec, in a shoot for Para Ti Mamá
The image belongs to a shoot made for a feature on sex during pregnancy. In it, Belec poses beside a pregnant model, in a scene of intimacy and tenderness: they gaze at each other as he gently rests his hand on the belly.
The photograph allows us to see him again very young, at a stage of his career when modeling and advertising productions occupied a significant place.

The original publication was part of Para Ti Mamá, a publication specifically dedicated to accompanying families through different stages related to motherhood. Its content included pregnancy, partnership, parenting, and other topics related to family life.
The photo Cristian Belec re-shared five years later
The detail that makes this material especially significant is that the image was not retrieved now because of his death. Cristian had already chosen to share it again on his social networks back in October 2015.

In that post he used hashtags clearly identifying the origin of the production: #revista, #parati, #paratimama, #paratirevista and #editorial, in addition to noting “2010” and tagging the Para Ti account.
In this way, Belec left a record on his own profile of that production carried out years earlier.
A career that spanned advertising, fashion, and acting
The shoot for Para Ti Mamá was one of the many experiences that formed Belec’s career, who built an extensive career mainly as a commercial model and later also as an actor.

Over the years he worked on campaigns for renowned brands and took part in fashion productions, music videos, films, and television. He was also part of fiction such as 100 días para enamorarse, aired by Telefe in 2018.
His professional journey also included a notable international experience: he doubled for Michael Fassbender in X-Men: First Class, a film released in 2011, in a scene filmed in Bariloche.
The Argentine Association of Actors and Actresses confirmed his death and highlighted his extensive and diverse artistic activity.

Today, that 2010 photograph, retrieved by him five years later, returns to be part of his story. An image that shows him in an early stage of his career and which was also stored in Para Ti’s archive.
