Hours ago, news related to Tini Stoessel’s family began to raise concerns. Alejandro Stoessel, the singer’s father, was admitted to the Sanatorio de la Trinidad in San Isidro after experiencing a sharp pain that required medical attention and observation.
The information was disclosed by Pepe Ochoa on LAM (America). According to the journalist, the producer entered the medical center during Tuesday afternoon.
“Today at five in the afternoon Alejandro Stoessel entered the La Trinidad Sanatorium in San Isidro with quite acute pain,” Ochoa reported during the program.
What is known about Alejandro Stoessel’s health
According to the information provided on LAM, Stoessel had spent the extended weekend in Cariló. Before returning, he began to feel unwell and decided to go to an emergency department.
“He spent the whole weekend in Cariló, and before returning he started to feel ill and today he went to the emergency department in the afternoon, where the doctors ran a battery of tests,” the journalist detailed.
After carrying out various checkups, the professionals decided to admit him for ongoing evaluation of his condition.
Ochoa clarified that, up to now, there is no official medical bulletin and the precise reasons why the doctors chose to keep him hospitalized are unknown.
“Now he is hospitalized; there is no official update on the matter, nor were the reasons for what was happening given to me. What they did tell me is that this is not an intensive care case, that Alejandro is fine and conscious, but because it was severe chest pain, they decided to hospitalize him based on what the studies showed,” he explained.
Alejandro Stoessel’s health history
The news generated particular concern due to the complex health episode Alejandro Stoessel faced in 2022.
In March of that year, after returning from a trip to Bolivia with Tini, the producer was rushed to the Sanatorio de la Trinidad de Palermo for a severe acute abdominal condition. He had to undergo surgery and, due to subsequent complications, underwent three more surgical interventions over the course of eight days.
For several weeks he remained hospitalized in intensive care, with respiratory support and hematologic support. Some time later he managed to recover, although Tini publicly stated that doctors had warned her at the time about the seriousness of his condition and the possibility that he might have to say goodbye.
As a result of that experience, the singer had decided to suspend some of her professional commitments to accompany her father during his recovery.
Francisco Stoessel accompanied his father
According to Pepe Ochoa, Alejandro was accompanied to the sanatorium by his eldest son, Francisco Stoessel, Tini’s brother. “Francisco was with him and then went to fetch change of clothes because apparently Alejandro will stay hospitalized,” the journalist said.
Ochoa also noted that some people in the producer’s circle were not aware of the situation and that, once they learned of the news, it was Alejandro himself who sought to convey calm.
“It is nothing serious and does not require urgent surgery,” the panelist assured, although he clarified that doctors will continue to evaluate his condition.
At the moment, Alejandro Stoessel remains hospitalized and under medical observation. No further details about the tests he underwent or how long he will have to stay at the sanatorium have been released.
