Ailén Cova shared this Wednesday a very special album on her social networks: the photos and videos of Alaia’s baptism, the daughter she has with Alexis Mac Allister. The couple posed with their little one inside a church and showed part of a family celebration about which they did not disclose further details.
Unlike other posts, this time Ailén chose not to write any caption alongside the images. She simply shared the record of the ceremony, letting the snapshots speak for themselves.
In the photos you can see Ailén, Alexis and Alaia posing together inside the church. The three chose white and camel tones for their outfits on the occasion, in a family portrait that centered on the little one as the main protagonist.
The ceremony also brought together various members of the family. Among them appears Carlos Javier Mac Allister, Alexis’s father, known as the “Colorado” Mac Allister, who also participated in this special moment for his granddaughter.

Alaia, the star of a very special year
The baptism comes just a few days after Alaia’s first birthday. The daughter of Alexis Mac Allister and Ailén Cova turned one on September 22 and her parents had recently shared images of the celebrations they organized to mark the date.
First there was an intimate celebration on the same day as the birthday, with balloons, stuffed animals and pastel-toned decor. Then, the couple shared an album of a larger party with family and friends, featuring games, inflatables and a cake specially prepared for the occasion.

Alaia’s arrival marked a very important moment for the couple. The little one was born on September 22, 2025 and, when announcing her arrival, Alexis had highlighted Ailén’s strength during the 18 hours of labor.

Alexis Mac Allister’s trip to Argentina
Alexis and Ailén have their family life settled in England, where the footballer is pursuing his career. The midfielder’s recent presence in Argentina for national team duties coincides with the moment chosen to celebrate his daughter’s baptism.

The Argentina national team is currently playing a series of friendlies in the country: this Wednesday, September 30, they face Bolivia in Córdoba and will then take on Burkina Faso and Benin at the Monumental stadium.

Although the couple did not explain whether the baptism was organized specifically to coincide with Alexis’s stay in the country, the celebration took place within this window of matches and allowed the family to gather around Alaia.
The new images thus reveal a private facet of the footballer’s family, who often share some moments of his life with Ailén and their daughter, though he keeps a large portion of his private life away from social networks.
