There are moments when life seems to bring together many of the dreams we once imagined. Stephanie Demner is going through one of them. With Ari, her 3-year-old daughter, and just weeks away from welcoming Jazmín, the influencer lives the countdown to becoming a mother for the second time.
This Mother’s Day finds her especially excited. Not only for the arrival of a new member to the family she built with Guido Pella, but also for everything she has learned since her first daughter was born.
In an exclusive interview with Para Ti, Stephanie opened up to discuss motherhood without idealizations: about that love she had never felt before, but also about the fears, the guilt, and the questions that arise when raising a daughter.

Moreover, she reflected on the importance of having a present partner, the uncertainty about Ari’s reaction when she meets her baby sister, and the desire to continue growing professionally while enjoying her family.
Stephanie Demner: the excitement of celebrating Mother’s Day and waiting for Jazmín
– This Mother’s Day finds you in a very special moment, with Ari at 3 years old and a few weeks away from meeting Jazmín. How are you living this stage and what do you feel has changed in you since becoming a mom?
– The truth is that I am living a very happy moment. I feel that Mother’s Day is an excuse to celebrate it even more, but it is lovely to feel every day the love of a daughter and to know that there is another on the way.
I am filled with excitement thinking that we will soon have a newborn with us, that we will grow the family, and that I was able to build the family I always dreamed of. It feels truly amazing.
Since becoming a mom, my priorities have changed a lot. I understood what things are truly important and that everything else can wait.

– With Ari you already have three years of experience as a mom, and now Jazmín is coming. Do you feel you are experiencing this second pregnancy differently than the first? Is there something you take more calmly today?
– I feel that this pregnancy I lived it much more calmly, in a way. It also passed quite quickly because I was very focused on day-to-day life and on Ari’s things.
So, I wasn’t as attentive to how many weeks or days were left. The truth is I didn’t realize how little time was left until I reached, more or less, the last month.
The balance between motherhood and work, and the fundamental role of Guido Pella

– You are one of Argentina’s most recognized influencers and, at the same time, a very present mom. How did you find the balance between Stephanie, the woman who works and has projects, and Stephanie the mom?
– It’s a fairly difficult balance to achieve. I think the key is having the support of your family and having a network that can help you fulfill all those commitments.
In my case, Guido is a super-present dad. Today he isn’t playing tennis professionally, so he may have more time available and can help me a lot when I have evening commitments or when I have to be away for many hours. And that is essential.
I think that if it hadn’t been Guido, of course we would have looked for someone to help me, but it would be much more complicated.
Really, the times I have to leave home for long hours, I go with a peace of mind that I might not have in other circumstances.
Stephanie’s playful warning to Guido about the Mother’s Day gift
In the middle of the chat, Stephanie paused to share, between laughs, a comment from Guido about Mother’s Day.
“Here, Guido wants me to clarify: I also think it’s very important to treat the mother to gifts. First comes the gift. And he has to give me a very good one!”, she joked.
And she added, playfully: “I’m under threat. I have to receive a gift. And there will be a double gift request!”
How Ari prepares to become an older sister

– Ari is about to become a big sister. How does she experience Jazmín’s arrival and how have you prepared her for this big change in the family?
– The truth is that it’s an open question how Ari will react to Jazmín’s arrival. She is very excited, but she is also very clear that she is her sister, even though I’m not her mom, Guido isn’t her dad, and her grandparents aren’t her grandparents.
So we don’t really know how Ari will be as a big sister. We believe she will obviously give a lot of love. It could be that she’s on her all day or it could be that she doesn’t pay her any attention.
We’ll see how everything unfolds over time, but Ari is a very affectionate, home-loving, and family-oriented girl, so I think it will be very lovely.
Fears, guilt, and love: what Stephanie Demner learned by becoming a mom

– If you could talk to the Stephanie from before you became a mom, what would you tell her about motherhood? What was the most beautiful and also the most challenging thing you discovered in these years?
– I would tell her that motherhood is quite difficult and challenging, that it awakens a lot of fears you might not have had before. I think one of the biggest challenges is learning to deal with those fears and trying not to transmit them to your children. Giving them freedom, but also setting limits.
I feel you are constantly at that crossroads of deciding how far to set a limit, how far to let them express themselves. All the time you ask yourself: “How do you raise a human being? What values will I instill in them? How can I be a better mom?” There are many opinions about parenting, and you try to do the best you can with the tools and circumstances you have. You also deal a lot with guilt and with doubts about whether what you’re doing is right.

What Mother’s Day means to Stephanie Demner
– ¿Qué significa hoy para vos celebrar el Día de la Madre y qué deseo tenés para esta nueva etapa como mamá de dos?
– The truth is that, as I said at the beginning, Mother’s Day is an opportunity to pamper moms and give them a little extra love.
For me, it’s an excuse to come together, share, and enjoy a lovely moment with the family, beyond what we experience every day.
Stephanie and her present: between fulfilled dreams and new challenges

– Today, beyond motherhood, how do you feel about yourself? Which version of Stephanie do you feel you are building at this moment in your life?
– The truth is I am in a very good moment, both personally and professionally. I feel that this stage finds me in a very beautiful place in life.
It is also the result of many years of work and effort. I feel that today I am reaping a little of everything I once dreamed of, wanted to do and wanted to have in the future. And it seems incredible to me.
I don’t want to neglect any of that. That’s why I am trying to find the balance between all the things I want to do and enjoy, without neglecting this incredible professional moment I am living.

As she is about to become a mother for the second time, Stephanie Demner is living a moment that blends the excitement for what is to come with the satisfaction of looking back and recognizing everything she has built.
Among the challenges of parenting, her professional projects, and the preparations to receive Jazmín, there is one thread that runs through every one of her answers: the happiness of enjoying the family she always dreamed of.
