Andrea Ghidone and Pablo Otero are enjoying days filled with happiness. This Thursday, October 15, the dancer and the businessman exchanged civil vows in an intimate ceremony at the Lebanese Club in the City of Buenos Aires, surrounded by their children, family, and close friends.
The union marks a new chapter in their love story, which will have its grand celebration on October 24, with a party that promises to bring together entertainment figures and several surprises.
“I lived through one of the most beautiful and emotional mornings, the kind that stay forever in the heart. Being part of such a special moment, full of love, hugs and happiness, was a beautiful gift.”, the couple wrote in a joint post.
Andrea and Pablo met in Punta del Este, during a gathering arranged by a mutual friend. At that time, she was with her daughter and he with his younger son.

The businessman had already seen Andrea dance at Madame Tango, though she did not know it. After that initial encounter, conversations, breakfasts, and lunches followed, which allowed them to get to know each other better. The relationship progressed slowly, until both decided to commit to a shared life.

In an interview with LA NACION, the dancer had revealed that she had been single for several years and was not looking for a partner. Her life was organized around her daughter and her work, but meeting Pablo led her to open up to a new possibility.

“It was all very slow, calmly, because we had been alone for a long time. And I was fine, without expectations of forming a couple,” she had explained when recalling the beginnings of the relationship. She had also emphasized that believing again in the possibility of building a story together was a very beautiful experience.

In October 2025, after a performance of Ellas son tango, the couple celebrated their engagement surrounded by their children. The proposal had arrived during a trip to Sardinia, Italy, at a romantic dinner when they were alone. For Andrea, who had spent many years focused on her family and career, the engagement signified the decision to give love a special place in this stage of her life.

A grand party, three wedding gowns, and a charitable gesture
The civil wedding is just the first chapter of the celebrations. On October 24, Andrea and Pablo will bring together family, friends and numerous show business figures at a party that will place music and fashion at the center of the night.
As Para Ti had previewed, the dancer will wear three different dresses. Two designs were created by Marisa Campanella in her Recoleta atelier, while the third was designed in Milan and remains one of the surprises of the evening.

Music will also play a central role: three international bands are planned to perform, with their names kept under wraps. One of them will arrive from Uruguay, the country of origin of Andrea.

Additionally, the couple made a special request to their guests: instead of gifts, they asked for donations to four charitable organizations in Argentina and Uruguay. The initiative includes the Natali Dafne Flexer Foundation, La Casa del Teatro and the San Francisco de Asís Animal Shelter Association in Argentina, and the Álvarez Caldeyro Barcia Foundation in Uruguay.

After the celebration, the couple will travel to Curaçao to enjoy their honeymoon. Later, they will turn their attention back to their professional projects, including Ellas son tango, the show that Andrea directs and stars in, which will continue its run with new performances and a tour planned in Europe in 2027.
