“What an example you are, Mom! 90 years old and you’re still working,” Juliana wrote sweetly alongside a photo of her mother, Elsa Esther Baker Yessi, usually known as Pomi Baker.
The businesswoman posed in a photo shoot for the Awada brand in the lead-up to Mother’s Day, which is celebrated this Sunday, October 18 in Argentina.
In the photograph, Pomi appears looking to the side, with a coat draped over her shoulders that she delicately holds with her hands. She also wears her characteristic bob haircut, which completes an elegant and sober image.

Pomi Baker is a central figure within the Awada family. She is the matriarch and founder of the renowned clothing brand Awada, which originally began as a children’s clothing boutique called La Reinita.
Over the years, Juliana and her closest family members have shared different moments with Pomi and often dedicate affectionate messages to her on special occasions.
In April, Pomi celebrated her 90th birthday. For the occasion, Juliana shared three photographs on her Instagram account in which her mother was surrounded by affection and accompanied by her granddaughters, Antonia Macri and Valentina Barbier.
Alongside the images, the entrepreneur wrote a message full of admiration and affection: “Happy birthday to the strongest, most positive, hardworking, generous person and full of zest for life! I love you, Mom, 90,” accompanied by heart and cake emojis.
