True to the spontaneous style that characterizes them, both expressed the emotion they have felt since the baby’s arrival. Mica, moreover, accompanied the images with a tender reflection about how quickly this first week has passed.
“How can it be that a week has passed since she arrived? Can someone explain? Can’t we freeze this moment? 🥹🤍,” the actress began sharing from her social networks.
The carousel gathered some of the most emotive snapshots recapping these first days. Among them, there were images of Delfina while feeding beside her mother, moments of Mica and Tomás with the baby and various scenes shared with their relatives.

Today, after several years together and with the birth of Delfina, the first daughter of both, that initial phase takes on a new dimension. Mica herself shared in an interview with Para Ti that, when she met Tomás, she never imagined that three years later she would be forming a family with him.
The first meeting between Mica and Tomás happened thanks to Julieta Bartolomé, an actress, friend of Mica and Tomás’s cousin. According to the actress herself, both lived nearby and had become friends when they were both single.
At that moment, Tomás was in a relationship. After his breakup, a few months later, the meeting with Mica finally happened. The first time they spoke was at Christmas. Mica had lunch with her family and then went to Julieta’s house, where she met Tomás.
Not long after, an unexpected opportunity arose to continue spending time together. Tomás was planning to travel to Punta del Este with a friend for New Year’s and invited Mica and Julieta to join.
Although there was not yet a relationship between them and Tomás had just ended a relationship, Mica felt she wanted to go. She eventually found lodging in Piriápolis and joined the trip.
That start did not mean they immediately became a couple. In fact, one of the aspects Mica most remembers from that early stage is that Tomás needed time.
During nine months they were seeing each other before formalizing the relationship. For Mica, that period was a learning experience because she had to get used to not wanting to accelerate the timelines. The actress also explained that therapy helped her work through that anxiety and to understand that a relationship involves recognizing what the other person is going through.
Patience finally paid off. Tomás and Mica began forming a closer relationship until the moment arrived to decide what they wanted. In another interview, Mica recalled that during those months he had made it clear that he was not ready for a formal relationship because he was still going through his process after the breakup.
Over time, things changed. The relationship solidified and Mica and Tomás began to build a life together. Living together and shared projects were part of that growth.
Mica herself had said that she always wanted to form a family, although she did not imagine it would happen so soon. Today, the arrival of Delfina marks a new stage for the couple, who celebrate their first days as a family of three.
