Nicolás Cabré surprised his followers by sharing an unexpected family photo with his wife, Rocío Pardo, and their daughter, Rufina. The three embarked on a trip together and, although at first the actor kept the destination secret, he eventually revealed where they are and the special reason behind this getaway.
Cabré was the one who announced the departure through his Instagram stories. In one of the images he could be seen from behind alongside Rocío and Rufina, facing the airport runway and watching the movement of the planes.
“There are three who are leaving for a while,” the actor wrote about the photo, without giving further details about where they were headed.
The mystery didn’t last long. Hours later, Nicolás shared a new postcard with Rocío and Rufina, this time in front of one of the most emblematic monuments in Europe: the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.
The three posed smiling in front of the neoclassical structure, thus confirming that the destination chosen for the family trip is the capital of Germany. “The Berlin Marathon is coming,” wrote Cabré beside the image.
A Family Trip with Running as the Protagonist
The getaway also holds a special meaning for Nicolás, as it is tied to one of his great passions: running. The actor will lace up his shoes again to participate in an international competition and will once more have his family nearby to accompany him.
The presence of Rufina and Rocío turns the journey into a shared experience, where the athletic challenge blends with a few days to explore and enjoy one of the most important cities in Europe.
For Cabré, this isn’t the first time an international marathon becomes a family moment. In March 2025 he traveled to Japan to take part in the Tokyo Marathon and received support from his daughter there.
During that race, Rufina stepped forward to cheer him on and one of the day’s cutest moments was captured. “Come on, Dad!” the girl was heard saying as Cabré continued the course.
Rocío Pardo also played an important role during that experience: she accompanied the actor and recorded various moments of the race through photographs and videos that she later shared on her social networks.
Nicolás Cabré and Another International Challenge
The Berlin Marathon is part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors circuit, which brings together six of the most recognized 42-kilometer races in the world: Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York.
After the experience in Japan, Cabré returns to face one of these major sporting challenges, this time in Germany and accompanied by the two people who are part of his daily life: Rocío and Rufina.
The first family postcard in front of the Brandenburg Gate was, thus, much more than a travel photo. It also marked the beginning of a new experience for the three, with Berlin as the backdrop and a new marathon as Nicolás’s big challenge.
