What had begun as a workday turned into a moment of enormous tension for Juana Repetto. The actress was alongside her youngest son, Timoteo, seven months old, in a building where she was about to do a photoshoot when, unexpectedly, a fire broke out on another floor of the building.
The situation completely upended the planned schedule. The alarm began to blare loudly and the people present had to evacuate urgently. Among them was Juana, who had to go down the stairs with her baby while there was smoke and a large crowd trying to exit.
Juana Repetto evacuated the building with her baby
Minutes before the incident, the actress had shared on her Instagram Stories some details of the day, including her manicure and part of the location where the shoot with Timoteo was going to take place.
But shortly after, the situation took an unexpected turn. “The building is on fire,” Juana wrote as she explained what was happening.
The actress explained that she had to evacuate the place quickly with her son. “We evacuated running with the baby down the stairs, a alarm blaring incredibly loudly,” she recounted.
In addition to the tension of having to leave the building, there was smoke and the huge number of people who also had to exit. “Smell, smoke and me, makeup half-done, like among the thousands of evacuees,” she described.
Juana’s video, with trembling hands
Once outside the building, Juana shared a video in which she could be seen visibly affected by what had happened. Still moved and with trembling hands, she told her followers about the tense minutes she had just endured.
Timoteo’s presence made the situation even more anguishing for the actress, who had to react quickly to place her son in safety as the evacuation progressed.
After leaving the building, Juana headed with her baby to a nearby café, where she stayed with other people who had also been evacuated.

The photoshoot was paused due to the fire
The incident occurred in the middle of a production that Juana had begun with her son. The actress had shown part of the preparations before the alarm interrupted the day.

Once out of danger and after the initial scare, the production could resume later. Thus, what had been planned as a workday and photos with Timoteo ended up being marked by an entirely unexpected situation.
Juana continued to share what had happened virtually in real time and, with her latest messages, sought to make clear that both she and her baby were well after the evacuation.
