On the eve of Children’s Day, Jano’s Eventos carried out a large-scale solidarity event that brought together numerous families and children at Jano’s Dot, the venue located in Dot Baires Shopping. The celebration took place on Saturday, August 15, and, according to the organizers, far exceeded attendance expectations, with an afternoon designed to blend entertainment, family gathering, and help for those in need.
The initiative, organized entirely by Jano’s Eventos, had from the start a concrete charitable objective. To enter, each participant had to bring as a donation a new toy or a new school supply. All items collected during the day were subsequently destined for Fundación Garrahan, turning the children’s celebration into an opportunity to help other kids.

The hosting was led by Cora Debarbieri and Juan Yacuzzi, who accompanied the audience throughout the afternoon and introduced the various proposals prepared especially for the occasion. Adults and children alike could enjoy a varied program that aimed to maintain the festive spirit throughout the day.

Among the activities were children’s shows, magic performances, music and dance, in addition to a glitter stand, removable tattoos, and various surprises. Classic treats for the little ones—such as popcorn and cotton candy—were also present, all within a program designed so that families could share several hours of fun.
A celebration where solidarity took center stage
One of the most notable aspects was the public’s response to the charitable appeal. The large number of families who attended allowed gathering a substantial amount of new toys and school supplies, which were delivered to Fundación Garrahan. The result thus fulfilled one of the initiative’s main goals: to turn a celebration date into a tangible act of assistance.

The event was represented by Bettina Lorenzo, a member of the Institutional Relations Department of Fundación Garrahan, who personally joined the day. Her presence highlighted the purpose of the donations and reinforced the link between the recreational proposal and the charitable objective that motivated the celebration.

Beyond the number of attendees and the entertainment activities, Jano’s Eventos emphasized that the aim was to create a space where families could enjoy a different afternoon and, at the same time, turn a small contribution into a gesture of help for other children. As part of the celebration, the kids who participated in the shows, games, and various activities also received candy goody bags, in a day filled with joy and togetherness.
With this initiative, Jano’s Eventos reaffirmed its commitment to actions that combine entertainment, social responsibility and community participation. The company especially thanked all the families who joined and made their donations, making the Children’s Day celebration not only a afternoon of fun, but also turning it into a concrete opportunity to collaborate with Fundación Garrahan.
