On Friday, July 31, the First Lady of Buenos Aires, María Belén Ludueña, attended the concert marking the 20th anniversary of the Korean Cultural Center, “Arirang and Tango: two hearts and one rhythm,” held at Usina del Arte. As part of the celebration, she received and accompanied the First Lady of the Republic of Korea, Kim Hea Kyung, in an encounter that highlighted the cultural ties between the two countries.
