While enjoying a family vacation in Portugal, Amparo Monteverde celebrated another birthday surrounded by loved ones. The young woman received tender public greetings from her parents, Jimena and Mariano Monteverde, who shared various snapshots on their social networks to honor her.
The chef of La cocina rebelde posted in her Instagram stories a photo of the birth of her daughter accompanied by a loving message: “Happy birthday to my little one, love of my heart”. Then she added a more current image of both and wrote: “Happy cumpli chiqui!”.
For his part, Mariano Monteverde chose a photo with Amparo during a trip to southern Argentina, with the Perito Moreno Glacier in the background, and dedicated equally affectionate words: “Happy birthday my Chiqui, I love you very much”.
Amparo reposted both posts and also became the focal point of the family celebration in Portugal. Jimena shared an image of the four of them eating lunch at a Porto restaurant and another of a small cake with a lit candle. “Kicking off the birthday”, the chef wrote.
Who is Amparo Monteverde
Amparo is the younger daughter of Jimena Monteverde and Mariano Monteverde. Although she grew up watching her mother become one of Argentina’s most popular television chefs, she chose to build her own professional path.
She earned a degree in Food Engineering, a field that blends science, technology, and nutrition applied to food production. In this way, she found a distinctive way to pursue a passion she shares with her mother: the world of foods.
Her boyfriend is also connected to the gastronomic world
Amparo is in a relationship with Olaf Lengyel, who also works in the food industry and runs a gastronomic venture.
Currently, the couple accompanies Jimena and Mariano on their vacation through Portugal, where they visit different cities and take the opportunity to enjoy local gastronomy, one of the family’s great passions.
