Sofi Gonet trended again with one of her classic storytimes. In a TikTok video, the influencer described a remarkable romantic experience she had with a man she’d been dating for several months, who, as she later discovered, was involved with another woman.
With her characteristic relaxed tone, the content creator walked through, step by step, how the relationship began, the unexpected shift in the man’s attitude, and how she eventually learned the whole truth.
At the start of the video, Sofi said she had been speaking very highly of that relationship in her previous posts because the dates were going better than expected. She explained that for several weeks he was very attentive: inviting her out during the day, taking an interest in her projects, texting her every day, and even offering to help her with her move.

The influencer explained that, after a date in which they had even gone out to buy a rug for her home, everything changed overnight. According to her account, the man deleted her WhatsApp contact, stopped following her on Instagram, and disappeared without giving any explanation.
When she decided to write him to ask for an answer, he gave a version that, according to Sofi, seemed completely unbelievable: he claimed that his social networks had been hacked and that he was receiving threats from the United States to stop contacting her.
However, while maintaining that story, he continued to post content with total normality on his profiles.

The story took an unexpected turn when Sofi received a private message from a woman who explained what was happening. It was then that she discovered that the man she had been dating had a girlfriend who lived in another province.
The influencer said that information finally made sense of everything that had happened in the days prior and she decided to cut off any contact.
After learning the situation, Sofi explained that she blocked the man on all of her social networks and made clear that she does not intend to reveal his identity. She also noted that many people who approach her are looking for visibility or benefits from being with someone well known on social media.
Although she acknowledged that the experience surprised her, she also said that she managed to take it in stride and that, fortunately, the situation did not escalate. To close the video, she offered a reflection on modern relationships and joked about turning this type of anecdote into a new regular segment on her social media channels.
